Hot Wheels Chrome Steamer Roller from 1977. Has blackwall wheels with the Blue/Yellow 3-star tampo. This model has the black plastic base with Hong Kong and Canada on the base. The car is in very nice condition, just check the images of the actual item up for sale for details.
