Hot Wheels 2003 issue, Hot Wheels Mutant Biotronic Kingdom series featuring the Turbolence. Car is from a Limited Edition 20 car set, only 5,000 sets were produced. The cars have either special paint, special artwork or both. The artwork on some of the cars is absolutely amazing. Real nice car from our personal collection that we purchased new.
