Hot Wheels 1993 Pre-prodution/Prototype of the Tattoo Machines Spiderider. Very rare issue with the prototype car and mockup packaging. Car has different artwork and Blackwall wheels instead of the normal Whitewall issue. Edge of packaging has wear and plastic blister has yellowing. Overall a great item for any display case. We have owned the item since around 2007 and before that it belonged to Mike Strauss, author of many Tomart Price Guiedes and former Editor of the Hot Wheels Newsletter. This was part of the Blackwall/Modern era collection that we purchased from Mike back then and consisted of over 25,000 pieces.
